The speed on the trigger of the Cuddeback is only a quarter of a second, which ranks it amongst the fastest of trail cameras available. This allows you to get more photos of your desired target, with fewer misses! The recovery time is fast as well, so you also get quick follow up shots. The zone control allows you to choose a wider angle for monitoring food plots or fields and a centered view for trails or otherwise restricted areas.
This Is What A Couple Cuddeback Long Range IR Model E2 Owners Have To Say:
The camera works great for me. The only complaint that I have is that it is slightly complicated to set up but after spending some time reading the book it isn’t too bad…
Awesome camera. Clear pics day and night, as well as easy to operate. Much smaller then previous ambush series…
In ideal conditions, the picture quality is great. There are times when the lens seems to fog up and the pictures begin to come out covered in a sort of haze. It can take a little getting used setting this up as well, not quite as intuitive as other cameras on the market. If you’d like to see something a bit easier to use, the Moultrie A8 is very simple to set up.
I have heard a few other complaints about this camera, but I would say most of them are from user error. This is a quality option at an affordable price. The trigger speed is amazing. It is blazing fast and there are almost never blank shots.
If you are looking for an affordable choice that doesn’t sacrifice any quality, you may have found your match! This is an excellent option if you are monitoring a larger property and need more than 1 camera. Check out the Simmons Whitetail Trail Camera Review for another low-cost option.
